ISO 9001-2015
International Organization for Standardization or ISO as it is known around the world, develops the international standards in business and technology. ISO 9000 is a series of standards approved and developed by ISO. FLUTE has been approved by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance to the following Quality Management Systems Standards: ISO 9001:2015. The Quality Management System is applicable to: Manufacturing and Finishing of Rapid Prototype Component Models for Quickly Transitioning from Design Production, CA and CAD Styling. Manufacturing and Distribution of Stereolithography Prototypes, Injection Molded Prototypes and Injection Molded Products in Casting and Finishing.
ITAR REGISTRATION
FLUTE North America, Inc. distinguishes itself by being amongst companies in the U.S. that are ITAR registered. There are certain guidelines that control the export and import of defense related services. These guidelines are referred to as ITAR, or International Traffic in Arms Regulations, 22 C.F.R. Parts 120-130. The main goal of these guidelines is to protect the U.S. national security as well as the U.S. foreign procedures. The requirement of being “ITAR Registered” means that a company is registered with the State Department’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC).
AS 9100 (In progress)
FLUTE North America, Inc. distinguishes itself by currently being in the process of obtaining AS9100 certification. This internationally recognized standard establishes strict requirements for quality management systems within the aerospace industry, ensuring consistency, safety, and reliability across all operations.
The AS9100 framework builds upon general quality principles while incorporating additional criteria specific to aviation, space, and defense sectors. Its primary objective is to enhance product quality, reduce risk, and ensure full traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
